I buy my milk (about $2. gal) and cheese (2 lb. for under $5.) at Sam’s or Costco. (Mostly Sam’s its closer) also buy frozen chicken in bulk and
plain instant potatoes at one or the other. Sam’s has a GF cracker-certified- very good- now. Usually anything you use in bulk if available will be a better price. One bad part all the GF products are not available at both- Costco has GF rice crackers and Sam’s the other that have more taste to them. One thing we buy at least 1x a month is Hummus….a favorite of ours. With 2 GF daughter living at home- one can’t drink soy and the other no dairy. Oh almost forgot- like to buy Jenny-o ground turkey (Sam’s) a bulk pack for $11.99 and it get divided into 4 to 6 meals depending what I’m making.
